The DEI Hiring Story You Can't Unhear
In a sane world, you get hired because you’re the best for the job.
In the left’s world, you get hired because of your skin color — and then get praised for demanding it.
In this video, Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett brags that when applying for a job as a public defender, she was asked why she should be hired — and her response was:
“Because I’m Black.”
And apparently, that was enough to persuade Charlie to give her the job.
Side note: Charlie’s an idiot.
This is what DEI has become — a movement that trashes merit, worships victimhood, and rewards entitlement over excellence.
And let’s be real — the fact that someone who thinks skin color is a job qualification is sitting in Congress tells you everything that’s wrong with our system.
Hire the Best, Period.
While leftist politicians are out here bragging about getting hired “just because they’re Black,” Trump is pushing a radical idea: hire people because they’re qualified.
In this video, Trump spells it out — no one should get a job based on race or gender.
You should be hired because you’re the best at what you do — not because you checked a diversity box.
