In a stroke of genius, Ron DeSantis made a move that he knew would expose the hypocrisy of the left.

Back in September 2022, he flew around 50 illegal migrants to Martha’s Vineyard — a wealthy island off the coast of Massachusetts, one of the wokest, most liberal states in the country.

Considering that Martha’s Vineyard was a place that claimed no one was illegal and even went so far to set up a refugee center,  you would think that they would be jumping for joy at the prospect of caring for the people who broke into the United States.

But when those 50 migrants actually showed up? The island practically had a nervous breakdown.

This is the same crowd that proudly hangs “All Are Welcome” signs and claims “no human is illegal” — went ape ship when illegals were dropped off in their designer zip code. They even had the audacity to complain that no one warned them.

Oh really? Do they think border towns get a courtesy call before thousands of illegal migrants flood in?

Suddenly, the island elites who love preaching about compassion and promote open borders were in full-blown-crisis mode. Within 48 hours, they had deported the illegals over to mainland Massachusetts.

Welcome to the modern left; where open borders are great in theory - just as long as it’s not in their backyard.
